Airport, Hotel, Marcos Mausoleum/Museum, Batac Church, Paoay Church, Paoay Lake, Sand Dunes, Fort Ilocandia, back to Laoag City, Hotel
From Batac, where my niece and I visited Marcos Mausoleum / Museum and Batac Church, we're suppose to ride a jeepney to Paoay Church but we took tricycle instead. It was so hot that time and jeepney is nowhere in sight so we just decided to take tricycle. The driver charged us P50.00 (2 pax) and he dropped us at the sides of PAOAY CHURCH. Travel time from Batac to Paoay Church onboard tricycle is around 15-20 mins.
We're extremely in awe when we saw the magnificent PAOAY CHURCH and I never thought that I will see this church up close. Even though the sun is still burning hot at around 4:00 pm, we took some photos of this gorgeous church.
PAOAY CHURCH is in Paoay, Ilocos Norte and is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the country. It is also one of the 4 Baroque Churches of the Philippines. Paoay Church was constructed from 1694 till 1719 and something to be proud of.

Inside Paoay ChurchIn front of Paoay Church is HERENCIA RESTAURANT, which is said to be the home of PINAKBET PIZZA. We didn't try the pizza but I'm sure it's something different. We just strolled the souvenir shop around the area.
I approached a tricycle driver and asked how much he'll charge me till Paoay Lake. He said he'll charge me P300 and he'll tour me at Paoay Lake, Sand Dunes, Fort Ilocandia and back to Laoag City. I think the fare was pretty reasonable enough since it's going to be a long drive. So we made a deal.
Our driver took us to PAOAY LAKE and it's already 5:45 pm when got there. Travel time is around 15 mins. or so. Our driver was also kind enough to took some photos us while telling some stories about the lake.

We're suppose to go to MALACANANG OF THE NORTH, but we know it's CLOSED since it's almost 6 pm already, too bad we skipped that. It usually closes at 4pm, so I just took a photo of it as it can be seen at the Paoay Lake.
